Legal Advice: At the Adams & Remers stand (F10) lawyers will be on-hand to answer your questions throughout the weekend. Free one-to-one legal clinics are also available with a solicitor to provide owners with more in-depth legal advice about a listed property – to cover everything from planning to bats in the belfry. Free Garden Design & Build Advice – Henley Salt Landscapes will be offering 15 minute free slots to talk about your garden at the Listed Property Show. They will be on stand H11 but booking is a must. To book a free slot please call Jeremy on 01732 700818 or e-mail henleysalt@me.com
There will also be three independent conservation officers on our stand (D6) who will happily discuss any plans you may have for altering or extending your property. We all know the process of obtaining permission for such work can be very lengthy and a free one-to-one conversation will help you better understand the obligations and requirements. Remember to bring plenty of photographs and sketches of your property with you.
Alongside these officers will be a wide range of very experienced and competent RIBA registered architects all with the expertise and experience to develop your plans to fruition.
