Holyrood Reception

To follow up from our success at the Scottish Listed Property Show, the Club held a reception at Holyrood for members to meet with MSPs and officials. The event was hosted by Graham Simpson MSP, shadow minister for housing, with Historic Environment Scotland’s Head of Designation, Elizabeth McCrone, speaking.

Members came from across the whole of Scotland to attend, and numerous MSPs were there to discuss their challenges. The Club were happy to see a lot of lively discussion and a real desire to work together to create real change.

We will be following up from this event in the new year to keep building momentum and give as many members as possible an opportunity to speak directly with their representatives.
