Since the event, LPOC has met with Neil Carmichael MP for Stroud and former Heritage Minister John Penrose, MP for Weston-super Mare. Both meetings were tremendously successful with Neil Carmichael agreeing to join the APPG, signing a pledge in support. John Penrose is extremely active in campaigning for listed properties and heritage. During our meeting Mr Penrose expressed his support for or work and was in agreement of our aims. We hope to work closely with Mr Penrose in the coming months.
